Meet Eva Rubinoff, LMHC, PMH-C (she/her)

I hold a license in mental health counseling in MA. I have over a decade of experience working in mental health. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of working in schools, community-based mental health programs, and healthcare settings. These experiences have allowed me to support people across different stages of life and in many different environments: from teens going through typical and challenging developmental stages, to adults navigating parenting challenges, relationships, identity shifts, and every day emotional overwhelm.

Developing a trusted relationship between client and therapist is foundational to creating a space where you can process your inner most thoughts and work towards your goals. It is an honor to be trusted in this role and hold space for your thoughts and experiences.

I bring my authentic self to each session, finding humor when appropriate, staying hydrated or caffeinated (you will see me drinking my water or coffee depending on the appointment time) or using therapeutic relief through sensory supports including my therapy assistant dog, Reese.
