Approach to therapy
My approach is rooted in the belief that change happens gradually, like shifting seasons. A strong therapeutic relationship gives you the room to explore what feels heavy, understand what you need, and slowly untangle patterns that no longer serve you.
We live in a demanding world, even more so with the additional stimulation of instant gratification technology and political tensions. This is enough to feel overwhelmed, add in pressures, expectations, and systems that shape everyday life. You might notice this stress showing up in your relationships, your work, or how you talk to yourself. While we cannot always change what is happening around us, you can have a space where you’re understood, supported, and able to sort through what’s getting in the way.
My treatment approach draws from a variety of modalities and is incorporated to address your specific concerns as well as help you build skills and tools to manage symptoms that have impacted your life.
